Our Tribute to Mrs. Amber

Tomorrow is Mrs. Amber's last day as RJ's nanny. We are very sad to see her go, but she's been called to do another type of work in her life . . . although we sure thought she was one good nanny! :) RJ has absolutely loved his time with her! A couple of days ago she took him over to introduce him to her Chocolate lab and RJ loved it . . . it was his first real exposure to dogs . . . and he loved gettin' licked (adorable pictures to come soon)!

So - LOTS of thanks to Amber for her hard work, love and all she's taught our son over the past month (it sure has been a lot - rolling over, grabbing things, talking, dancing, etc. The list goes on and on). Rob and I are good friends with Amber and her husband, so we know she's not going far, but we will sure miss seeing her on a daily basis. Best of luck to Mrs. Amber!

So - RJ's Oma (Marianne) will be coming to Havasu on Friday to be his caregiver until we find a permanent resolution. RJ is VERY excited that he will be able to spend LOTS of fun times with his Oma! We hope Marianne will enjoy her time with him as well and learn to love our city as much as we do (and well mainly not be turned off by our crazy summer temperatures - we swear it really on is 2 months and the rest of the year is PERFECT)!

Please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers as God works us through these transitions. We know He knows best and we trust in Him!
