10 Weeks Old and Another California Trip

Well we had a slight change of plans this past weekend. My Uncle Jim has not been feeling well and has been in the hospital so we decided to go to California and visit him. Uncle Jim has been having liver problems and has been in the hospital for almost two weeks. My Mummy and Daddy went and visited him and I stayed with my Oma. She's feeling a LOT better since our last trip to California, so it was a lot of fun to hang out with her and play. They still can't figure out what is wrong with Uncle Jim and they're pretty sure they've run every test possible. So, we're doing a lot of praying that things get better soon. We're glad he was moved the the USC hospital which is a research hospital. If they're going to figure it out anywhere that would be the place.

I was a little bummed to have missed my 1st boating experience with Dan and Sherri Sherman and heard that there was perfect weather for boating at home on Saturday, but there will be plenty more of those days I hope! Instead I got to take my 1st trip to the world renowned Costco with Mom, Dad and Oma. It was a blast. I got another life jacket for the boat, but this one is WAY cooler . .. it zips up, it's yellow and has a little Tweetie Bird on it. I can't wait to get out on the water now! :) Costco rocks . . . I knew there was a reason my Mom loved it! :)

So anyway . . . 10 weeks old is treating me pretty well . .. I'm in the double digits now baby! My mom says maybe I'm going through a growth spurt lately because I've been wanting to eat more, and more often. Yikes - but I'm already 12 pounds! I better watch it I guess! I'm getting very sad that I only have 2 more weeks at home with my Mommy, so we're going to make the best of it! I will surely miss her!
