We had a terrific weekend - boated with friends (our soon to be neighbors Eric, Tiffany and 2 of their 3 daughters - RJ's soon to be babysitters!) on the 4th (RJ stayed with Grandma Marianne), went to a 1st Birthday party on Saturday for RJ's friend Aidan (his Mommy's friend Amy at work's son), went to a UFC fight party at RJ's friend Josselyn's house (Mommy & Daddy's friends Kristy and Jarrett), went to the Patriotic celebration at church on Sunday and then to our new house (we'll take pictures next time and post them, but most of the framing is up and it's getting exciting!). We showed RJ the new house and by the time we got to his room he had already fallen asleep. Too much for him to handle! LOL! :) We finished the weekend up with a nice relaxing beef stew dinner at Grandma Marianne's house. It was just perfect! :)
Our little fella was so good through all of it . . . he played and had a great time with a ton of kids at the birthday party (he's never been around so many kids and was just thrilled about it) . . . he played and had fun with all the folks at the UFC party (see picture above he's even going for Daddy's beer!) and even went to sleep in Josselyn's bed for his Mommy! He's SUCH a good little boy!
Please keep little Josselyn and her family in your thoughts and prayers this week. They will be traveling to Boston's Children's Hospital for some tests. Pray that God keeps them safe in their travels and gives them the strength they need no matter the outcome (as we know He will).
