Last Thursday RJ went for another check-up and the doctor said all was well with our little fella. She checked his head and tongue tie and all appears to be just fine. He dropped a little bit in his weight percentile, so we will slightly increase his milk and solids (he likes them all now with the exception of peas - we'll post a funny video soon!). He measured in at 15. 4 lbs. and 26 inches long which puts him in the 12 percentile on weight and 32% in length. He's one long lean little fella!
They also gave him another round of shots which he was not very happy with (this time more than the others). He will not have another check-up until 9 months and then there won't be any more of the vaccines, but he'll receive half of a flu shot and then we'll bring him back for another half later (poor guy never gets a break).
We had a fun, long holiday weekend and will have a few pics to share soon - RJ watched his 1st USC football game with his Da Da and loved it and we took our little guy for his 6 month photo sitting and got some great shots!
The photoshow this month may be delayed because we're crazy busy with work, building a house, breastfeeding and serving at church, but we promise it will be worth the wait - we had a terrific August!
