Oh my goodness you would not believe how wonderful the shower was this past weekend! Thanks goes out to Marianne (Oma) and Aunt Cris for all their wonderful hard work! It was just PERFECT! The shower was held at Acapulco (a Mexican restaurant - my favorite!) and it was a beautiful day - probably about 70 - 75 degrees (as all the KY readers groan!). There were about 15 women guests and a few men that joined us (including little RJs Daddy!). We had lunch, played a few games (just the women), had some yummy carrot cake (and other goodies) and then opened gifts. It was SO wonderful to see everyone in one place - family and friends together to celebrate the soon arrival of little RJ! There's nothing better! The little guy will be SO blessed to enter life with such special family and friends! Thanks to everyone who attended. Your generosity with the shower gifts was unbelievably overflowing. We appreciate everything and are SO grateful to have you ALL in our lives! Also, we can officially take our little fella home now because we received a car seat - yeah!! Thanks Marietta & Pinky! :)

This Thursday we have a baby care class at the hospital and tomorrow we're meeting with another potential pediatrician. Lots to do this week as usual! :)
